Converts a v10-style DSF file to a v9-style DSF by updating -32768 Z flag in PATCH_VERTEX lines with the Z value found at that location in the DSF raster elevation. New vertex normals are calculated.
Submeter Z edits can then be made on the v9-style text DSF and then retained via the elevation range argument in DSFTool.
1. Select binary DSF file.
The following outputs are written to the source DSF file directory:
